Hello Widurians.. (hehehh..)

Me sure all of you noted the ugly looking guys with tables at the 1st level car park..

Maybe some of yous missed this article in yesterday's the sun, Desa Petaling was mentioned in the article. da only place makes DP worth mentioning is Widuri Impian since its da onli place recently giving out keys..

also heard about the pekyao (gado-gado) incident a few days ago.. hmmm....

anyhow, currently, we've already spoken to our management on the renovation contractors at the ground floor parking, and they are monitoring the situation to avoid any clashes. Also, our residents have been informed to report any sort of trouble to the managemnet so that they can sort it out.

Lastly, so far no one I've met from the contractors has offered me such 'facilities', but i guess, better to be on the safe side than not.. i'm getting my own contractor!

oh... so far now not much problem... although their is that little "tol"that those contractors are doing... (charging some entrance fees to outside contractors)....

Anyway, we will be writing to the management very soon to start evicting those contractors and to set a date to clear all of them from the carpark  probably in April or May...

My contractor has been contacted by those filthy rats... and the rats demanded either 10% or get off their turf....



Their turf??? Wat F()cking turf?? matha effing biatches....

If not for the sake of my contractor's safety & request, I would've gone in to full blown offensive action... but because he managed to gau tim with them (just settle with some yam cha money), then they allowed him to continue with the works at my place until completion, but then after that, he must leave....

So he edi already requested me to just lay low, don't cari pasal... and we'll all be fine...

some of us not that lucky... i know of more than 3 people whose contractors have been approached by these vultures ....

But, thats not the best of it... the latest & hottest topic of all now is damage being done to untouched units.

Two of our group members have already reported that some renovation/construction works have been carried out at their units, but not at their request... I personally visited one of the members units with him, and my god.. I got a serious shock man...

His whole kitchen wall was demolished (nice & cleanly summore)...it was clearly intended as a renovation thing, but I guess they must;ve got the wrong unit... that would probably have been great if the guy wanted to do the same thing anyway (like free reno), but he doesn't! And, now management is claiming no responsiblity in this... Poor fella, but we're helping him out by reporting to IJM, police, and eventually, HBA & Media...

Another member's entrance was drilled. Two holes and a lot of debris,... but fortunately, near the area where he intends to tile, so he's asking his own contractor to close it up for him (he needs to move in quickly and doesn't want to bother with our currently less than reliable nor helpful management)...

BTW just came back from WIC after doing some speaker wiring in my room. I'm moving there this Saturday. Whenever I'm going up or down I love to read the "message board" on the elevators..

I am new here.  i will move to Widuri Impian condo in a few weeks time after my renovation take place & complete. 

quite shock when I heard about the filthy rats and damaged unit by them. And what happen to them after the case been reported to the police?
any action taken?

In my situation, what should i do if they come and ask for some token? I really need your advise capt..

don't worry i believe the situation is under control, as more and more units are done renovating these people will have less reason to stay around. You might be lucky to be the later comer.

I'm already staying in WIC, and renovation for our unit was completed without being approached by these roaches (we appointed our own guys from outside). Maybe ask your renovation guys to keep low profile (like not advertising their service loudly) then it should be ok.

hi everybody. i just moved to this condo last 2 weeks. nice condo with nice pool. however, my concern now is about car park for 2nd car. im sure everybody is aware that starting from 1st april the management will clamp and fine cars parked in the condo without sticker or access card. so anybodu here knows how i can solve this problem? parking outside is a bit difficult for me since i reach home quite late everyday and by 8pm no parking is available. anyone want to rent their carpark? thanks in advance!!

hello farra, welcome to this nice place we all call home 

the management has sent out invitation for residents intending to purchase extra parking lots, maybe you can contact the office about it.

if you want to rent maybe you can ask in the widuri impian yahoo group, if you have not registered in the group you can contact captain11 to hook you up.

note, be careful at night if you have to park at the open parking lot opposite WIC, heard there has been some robbery cases there.
