Dear All,

Perhaps under this topic, the people who were not around to tell the committee about the general maintenance suggestions of the building can do so.

At least the committee will be aware of them.

I'll start with one.

1) The drains around the low rise of WCB are cracked or have holes in them. Could the building management please seal all these. I suggest that the management should conduct checks at least once a month.

Thanks.

Not sure who is going to take the cost, but would it be nice if the road within Winner Court B vicinity is smoothen and tarred. Improved landscaping by planting more plants will make it more homely coz now it looked a bit bare.  It will be nice returning to a "resort' like home after a hard days work!  Just my 2 cents opinion.

Sometime last year, there was a plan to build wall around the perimeter of WCB and to tile up the corridor of each floor.  Does anyone know what the status is so far, coz I think this is a very good move to further improve our security (not that I think it is bad, in fact I felt very safe once I pass the guardhouse coming into WCB) and will definately enhance our property value.  Sometimes, it is the 'packaging' that would result in many fold increase in value.

And to the MC of WCB, I would like to thank you for making this place a very good and condusive place to stay so far.  All of you have done a very good job - very vocal and action oriented, while very careful on the finances.

I heard from the current management company that Meadow Park will be appointed again to run WCB. I have to say that the current management company is definitely not doing a good job, but to go back to Meadow Park seems odd to me, I thought we were having hard time taking back the account from them when we form our WCB perbadanan?
Could you share with us why this decision is made? Or have I heard wrong wind??

Very true and not wind. An emergency meeting being call, service to the residents are breaking down, staffs turning up late, staffs on leave without
replacement, car entering with extra card supposely from motorcycle card.We discuss with DR SUNTORO, we will sign something to our requirement.
They will compensate us if their staffs misappropriate with our fund and we insist it to be drafted in the agreement. We are being paid around
600k into WCB account, you need skill to convince and fight and this is part of their game to delay. Under Act318 the game change, they
have no power play, you the residents hold the gun, the MC is the game that you need to check including me.Hope you support the MC but
must also have a check and balance. For your information WCB have the most solid cash in Desa Petaling ...with one million in account, therefore
we should  thanks the developer and all the old committee members.Another three hundred thousand plus to be collected. This website
provide you another venue  in the future if you can't find a place to voice.

I agreed that the current management company is more than dissapointing, and we need a new company that can perform their job.
I hope our current process in place that we have set over the past 2 years can help to make sure that Meadow do not mess up with us like they do before, I think all of us have the same memory of how they mess with the parking lot where the Manger over here use it to earn money and so on...... These has to be in control.
Looking forward to a better management company and thank you for the effort put in.

Jerry, I have no doubt on the MC's decision and I am sure the process in place is good to prevent any of the Management company's staff from mishandle.
I don't remember seeing the Authorized Signature group on our Notice board,(please forgive me if it is there) perhaps the MC can consider to put it on so that all of us are informed.
Please do not take me as a problem seeker that keep asking questions, I am just voicing out the concern which I believe many other residents have, and we are grateful to have MC like yourself and Mr Tou and Mike and many more who volunteer to take on the role and responsibilities.

I can see their professionalism by opening up the MC to all the residents. Cool
By putting up big banner inviting residents to bring in those who are interested for tender.
A good team, thank you all. Wink Wink Wink
