chilicandy 99.99% of manual cars you see in KL have 5 gears.. only time i drove a 4-geared car was the 1976 toyota corolla.. which is difficult to drive because on the last 4th gear you can feel the car actually hungers for 5th gear but back then i think those engineers have not figure out the way to make them cheap..

and the 5th gear not way below mah.. they are on the right top corner of the gear shaft (unless you drive in US), note harr the one way below is Reverse LOL

oh ya hor... that explains how long i have been driving auto cars.... XD

this brings me back to the ol'time when i was sitting for my driving exam...
i was going downhill, and was at 3rd gear... ( that time i've no idea the relevance of gears... lol ! ), and too lazy to change the gear to the 4th... kikiki...
so, i kinda drags 3rd gear all the way down hill.... lol ! But then, learner's driver seldom goes over 40 anyway....  Cheesy

your best bet would be on need for speed.. LOL for wat its worth the NFS franchise has improved a lot year by year now they're able to give much better surreal sense of velocity.. (thank you motion blur and shader model 4, also widescreen HD gaming..)

now if only phenom can find the brakes button on the keyboard..

now that i drive an auto (not by choice, of course) i feel like a turtle.. like someone ripped out my dragonballs (pardon the pun  Grin) and left them hanging on the tree like prunes.. feel insecure having the car controlling your ride especially in corners.. nothing to do with car make, give me a car with gears and i show you hell and back Grin

phenom make sure his next and next and next cars are all gonna be manual drive cars.. need to get back those adrenalins.. (and testosterones too)..

the cons of auto cars, they don't pick up fast enough the way manual does... XD....
but its only thankful when stuck in a jam and doesn't need to constantly switching gears and stepping on the gear pedal .... :p

its not always about the acceleration issues, because there are auto cars that pick up quite decently..

phenom just love to play with sticks that are attached to the right places..  Wink

i actually would love to drive a big MPV now... that my family size has grown.
But the thing with Vantage point is, going through all the corners squeezing through those many pillars makes it a sweating process...
