I am looking for unit in Winner Court B urgently. Planning to move in by end of Oct 2010. Will be staying with my little sister. Just 2 of us.
Our budget is around RM600-RM650 (basic unit). I am working in Mont Kiara as Customer Service Officer and my sister is not working and looking for a job now. I have to pay all the rental all alone until my sister got a job. I'll be really grateful if the owner can consider the deposit as well.

 winner court b still have quite a fair bit of unit to let, average rental is from 650 -750 for fully furnish and at times goes all the way to 800 bucks for a nicely furnish.  hope you get ur unit soon.

Price that you stated is actually prices that ppl rent out 2 years ago, now market price is between 750- 800 depending on the condition. i know a few unit which has been rented out at 1200 per month ( fully furnish ).
