Most of the condos here used the GBH flush system for the toilets. It is solid and reliable and has served my family for the past decade. Over the past year however, it has malfunctioned and I noticed that my neighbours are also facing the same problem - they threw out the whole system and fitted in a new one. The reason is that the spare parts are not available in the hardware shops and plumbers take the easy way out. Well, I went to the GBH factory recently and discovered that they have produced compatible parts for the old model. I paid only RM100 for the pump and water inlet parts and got the toilet working again. Should last me for another decade. Secret: you need a big wrench and one roll of white tape.

Use a sharp object to lift up the middle piece of plastic and you will see the screws underneath. Your problem sounds similar to what I experience previously - you have to change the pump. It's not available from hardware shops. You can only get it from GBH factory in Segambut.

Thanks Bro,

Finally i managed to open it up... can you give me the address/location of the GBH factory in segambut ?
the problem: the water is either continues to fill the tank and overflow into the toilet bowl... or i have to switch it off  or adjust to very low water , but if i do so, then i takes ages for water to fill up... :-(

Yr problem is exactly what I experienced previously. Anyway, u can google for GBH Segambut - it's at the beginning part of Jln Segambut left hand side - u can't miss it. U have to tell them ur model number and they will advise u wat to buy.
