There are so many empty shoplots.  I just wonder how long those existing ones can last, like what happen to South CIty Plaza in Seri Kembangan. Cry

Hi Esther,

Fully agree. The management should sekaligus open all those shoplots at the same time instead of new shops coming in bit by bit. Ppl interest will get bored by that time when all the shoplots is being open.

Luckily got MBO Cinema & Giant to hold the interest. If not, long time will be abandon by nearby residents.

Lasty weekend went to the Chinese Vegetarian Shop. 2nd floor @ SPARK , "Fun Jingle" was the name i think so...

I ordered  as follows;
1 noodle=rm8
2 chinese fried rice=7+7=14
1 Spicy Beancurd=10
water (air suam) normally it is not charged.
they kept braised nuts (tiny serving about the same as the chilly bowl/dish) as snack on the table... we thot complimentary... because of my previous experience at other places...
after diner is over, they gave us tissue (wet wipes kind)... we thout compliementary... again... because of my previous experience at other places...

the service was very good, the ambience was good. the food was just so so... i mean the portion was big, but not tasty.. i've had many times better vege food chinese style at 40% off the price mentioned above minus the ambience. with same ambience, may be the price is somewhat same , but still the food tastes better...

finally we called for the bill...
I thought the damage=RM34 but no... it was above Rm 40 , how ... Huh shocked.... i saw in the receipt the following was added on top of what we had ordered...
Water @ 0.50/pax = rm2
wet tissue @ 0.50/pax = rm 2
braised nuts = rm3
govt/service tax = XX ( this is ok)

if they would have told me abotu this extra charges in the begining before serving, i don't mind paying, but this is not good... for the price 40++ i can have a very good food for 3 -4 person.

I'm definitely not going back to this place....

Yup there is a Family Karaoke being open just next to the Snooker center. The Karaoke occupy 2 units and made into 1. Wonder how is the concept looks like. hope it is not those a room where only a couple can fit inside to sing (those Box Karaoke type). anyone who has been there? pls commend on its interior.

Hi,

I am a new member here.

Went to MY BOX KARAOKE. not badlah i wud say if for letting out the 'suara katak"  Cheesy

The charges on sat was RM18/hour. Cheaper on weekday, i think RM15/hour. But they only have 1 standard room size which can accommodate 4 pax cramply  Embarrassed. They only sells soft drinks (only 100+) at RM2.00 per can.  Huh

The songs are quite up to date. Sound system ok ok lah. Boleh lah...

I think the Management is intending to charge for car park in the future. Saw 2 orange machine which seems lik those pay machine for car park tickets.

Already not much ppl going there & if they really do charge for the car park, sooner or later it will be another abandon complex.
