For those who always shop in Desa Petaling Zhong Yi shop, please be extra careful !!! Very irresponsible !!!
My husband bought 2 packets of chrysanthemum tea on 5 March 2010 (around 7pm) from the Zhong Yi - nearby the SevenEleven, Desa Petaling.
On 6 March morning, I wanted to boil the chrysanthemum & opened one of the packets. To my horror, there were so MANY BLACK LITTLE BUGS crawling all over the place !!! I was so shocked & scared. I threw it away immediately.
On 7 March early morning (9.30am), I went back to Zhong Yi shop to tell them about the bugs. I brought along the 2nd unopened packet, which is also full of the BUGS !!! They were so "KIND" to return the RM3 for the 2nd packet which I brought along, but INSIST that I have to bring along the 1st packet to claim for another RM3. Hahaha .... Just for the RM3, they expect me to dig it out from the rubbish bin !!! That was disgusting & Zhong Yi is DISGUSTING & IRRESPONSIBLE !!!
By the way, they never apologise to me at all ...

they're always like that... face sour especially the boss (the old man)
so i seldom go there already.
u can go to 'zhong cheng' (same row with KK mart), they are more friendly.
i love to go there.

Don't go to Zhong Yi Shop already.
They stocks are so lousy, all overdue, over date.. All stock stuck there unsold, but the owner still put it up for sale.
Everything is old and dusty, foods are in dusty condition.
Not to say I want to boycott this shop, but the way they are operating the shop is just terrible. Even KK does it better than them.

I had a few experience of buying stuffs that are overdue there. From biscuit, instant noodles, snacks.. Terribly managed. The herbs that they are selling are too --> Fungus containing..!!!

Sometimes it is not about they will repay you, or not.. I know they will repay you if you bring it back to them.. But what the crap is this to sell non-edible, expired food?

My lifetime experience always told me to shop at Tesco or Carrefour or Jusco. Except for certain item likes baby powder!
