Role & Responsibilities
•   Accounting functions:-
o   Preparation of monthly payroll including Overtime and payments to LHDN, EPF and SOCSO;
o   Preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, cash flow statements, etc;
o   Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques payables including creditor’s reconciliation;
o   Preparation of customers billings and debtors’ reconciliation;
o   Handling and recording of petty cash;
o   Monitor staff claims and analysis of claims; and
o   Preparation of accounts analysis for accounting and auditing purposes.
•   Administrative functions:-
o   Monitor and update of Leave Applications and Leave Control Form for all staff;
o   Monitor and replenish company’s pantry stocks;
o   Monitor company’s stationery and liaisons with suppliers for replenishment;
o   Banking of cheques including payments for EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and any other relevant statutory bodies, vendors, customers, etc
o   Dealing with building management for any related matters;
o   Check mailboxes and monitor all incoming correspondences;
o   Monitoring office cleaners schedule and work standards;
o   Receptionist for the company’s incoming calls and assist in calls to foreign countries for sales, technical and other departments;
•   Coordinating functions:-
o   Liaisons with parent company in UK when required; and
o   Customer Liaisons functions for the company’s customers when required.
•   Any other functions that maybe added in the future.

Requirements
•   At least one year's accounting or book-keeping experience;
•   Experience as office administration is added advantage;
•   Comfortable in communicating in English;
•   Working experience with Accounting software such as MYOB, UBS Accounting software would be added advantage;
•   Knowledge of UBS-Payroll would be advantageous;
•   Able to work with minimal guidance, and can manage and plan own time.
