so back to topic.. as u know they promise so many things.. and the promise getting the key and cf has been heard since i only hav 1 son.. now i hav a daughter already.. he he..

i'm paying 2 house now.. and since feb i'm paying 600-800++ for this condo.. hence bank claim 80% dam early.. i'll double check with ijm when they start claiming 80% or more...

everyweek i went there and their sales office are empty.. and last mon also i've been there on lunch hour..

u know what in my mind? i wana kamakazi 1 of my plane or helli to their sale office. :D:D

I believe most of us are paying for two houses, through our two nostrils... our demographic & group all also more or less same situation... ehhe... young families with young kids (haven't got my own yet.. hehe.. benda macam ni tak boleh paksa)... but unfortunately, as how it was discussed recently in the group mail, actually IJM promised march 09, the people who deceived us are the sales people from both IJM & SK...

Dear All,

Latest News from IJM (as reported by our members in the group mail), Borang E has been successfully submitted to DBKL for CF. IJM can now issue the keys to the owners.
Letters to the owners for key collection will be sent out on the 22nd of Dec (MOnday) and subsequently, payment for deposits have to be made before keys can be collected at the condo via appointment.

CF is anticipated to be approved by Mid January 09.

Hi everyone..

I've got some good news for everyone.. hehe... I just spoke to GP of IJM earlier (really nice guy)... He informed me that they are sending the letters out today, and depending on the time that the despatch gets to courier out all the letters, we could be receiving them by evening, or tomorrow, .. hehe... Yay..

2ndly, an even better news... hehe.. he informed me that our CF has been approved... hehehe.. yup.. I'll say it again cause I know some of us can't believe it..haha..

OUR CF HAS BEEN APPROVED!! WOO HOO!!!
Yeah!! Means that, if you don't mind no reno, and have no problem with the unit upon acceptance, you can basically move in already! Hahaha...

But remember, payment before collection. hehe

btw,... prepare a bit more also,cause later will probbaly need to put up a reno deposit... but i'm not too sure about that...

Halo everyone...nice and glad to know such a website/forum space for all desa petaling resident spefically for widuri impian condo owners...

I just get to know about the completion of the condo and lastly developer has submitted the borang E. 

I am not an owner yet for the condo, but is keen to buy a unit.  Per developer, they have sold out for all units except for bumi unit out of total of 480 units of condo.  I doubt so, but what to do, I only get to know this project lately and only managed to save such amount of deposit now......

would appreciate if anyone of you know any owner wishes to dispose off the property.  I dont mind to buy it ( as it is near to my mum house) slightly higher than market price (which definitely higher than developer price).

Thanks for your nice wishes... Nice to know that the euphoria isn't just limited to the WIC owners.. hehe..

So far, we've had a lot of little surprises which weren't too our liking, but I guess, mostly of things that were either cosmetic or could be ignored for a year or two... stuff like uneven painting, small holes here and there... minor defects both in the house and outside..hawa...

Oh, and our address, surprisingly, turned out to be KG Baru Salak Selatan... just for the record...

I spoke to a realestate agent recently, and he informed me that the asking/selling price for Widuri Impian is around 175K.... So for those of you who are keen, better grab fast, else it may go up further.

anyway.. most of the WIC-ers are now busy with meeting contractors, shopping, moving in... settling down...

we just had our first meeting with the management to sort out some minor enquiries and issues, and from the looks of things, its going to be a smooth development from New building to fully functional and well maintained community/home.. hehehe...

I'm impressed with the way that the building manager handle our enquiries, and I'm glad to say that the group was also very civilised and understanding when hearing out his answers.
