Lolz...

I think the best way is to sought help from the management of the condominium.
Maybe you can organize some "chain signature" things, to let the management know that a lot of resident want to repaint the condominium, and want the facilities to be properly maintained?

Just a suggestion though.

Hi Irugaho
I have brought up this new paint issue with the Developer Salak park , Mr Kevin Tan in oue meeting, pls refer to the minutes of the meeting put up in the Notice board .
RePainting  need money , which normally comes from the monthly collection of  sinking  fund.
but unfortunately for us in WCA  , no such fund being collected .
so the committee suggested to the develop to work  out the cost &  offer  10 easy payment  scheme to the owners  .
The collection of monthly service charges  is very poor , Hardly  enough to cover the expenses
The winner A was poorly managed  before the formation of Protem committee , Now our committee member Mr Chow & christina are very  active , checking on them very day .
Have u notice any imrovement ?
