staying desa petaling-ians for about 8 years now in Amadesa. But only stay in Malaysia less than 3-4 months a year cause work oversea.

I just moved in to Desa Petaling in July 2008 at Jati Selatan Apartment... eventhough I always hanging up at ABC before, I never thought that now I'm staying in here...

My dad owns the Winner Heights Block 27 which I'm currently living with my husband & baby son...My dad bought it ages ago, going back in maybe 1996 or so when I was young. He had the condo rented out to several tenants before I live here. FYI, I've been living here since 2005. A nice quiet place, reasonably safe (except for some break-ins reports I heard or so) & definitely easily accessible to KL & KL-Seremban Highway.  I wish there is more Malay food around here since ABC is so damn expensive now. Pasar malam not much choice, only nasi lemak & the occasional not-so-tasty nasi ayam.  Oh, well...

I wasnt aware of this forum at all until my mum told me. I was like "huh? desapetaling.com? kidding me?" I wanted to surf this forum but it was really out of my mind as i've been busy preparing for my pmr. btw,who created this forum? And..im a future resident of DP as im staying in jb right now. every time i visit kl i will be staying with m grandparents in pangsaria. i will b shifting to dp in nov08 lol. so..hello dp residents !!

Agreed with totally 101%. I have already self imposed boycotting ABC 2 to 3 years back and any meeting with friends at DP will be done at the stall near KK Mini Mart or the Curry House next to Choong Seng Mini Mart.

Its a pleasant surprise to stumble upon this Website/Forum... Dedicated to Desa Petaling... Awesome to say the least!

I'm Julian, and am currently staying in Vantage Point Condo. Was staying in Amadesa with my brother From 2004 to 2005... been at Vantage Point ever since, and the best part?
After this, moving to Widuri Impian .. hopefully still within 2008.. haha...

Well, I look forward to much discussions and making friends with many more Desa Petalingites...

Hi i'm Vivian. Been staying here since i was 3 years old. Let me count... already 17+ years staying at Desa Petaling.  I stay at the old 5 storey flat beside the mosque. Last time desa petaling is very peaceful, now the roads are busy with cars, and not enough carparks in my area. It's a good to train our parking skills though as you need to squeeze into a small slot.

I love to climb up the hill near Amandesa to see the beautiful night view of KL. Nice place to watch fireworks too. Nice to meet you guys here. Hope there's more activities and events in the future. Wish to see u guys joining!

Staying in Winner Heights with hubby & 2 year old son. Working in pharmaceutical industry.
Love travelling, food , fashion, blog, gathering ..

DP is great - near Mid Valley & KLCC (have to admit that i m shopaholic), no toll to PJ as currently working in PJ.
