The WCB committee has appointed Choo Kong Sdn Bhd as our official plumber. Choo Kong Sdn Bhd is the lowest bidder amongst the 5 quotations for water leakages tenders received .
Their scope of work is as follows:-
1 To replace all leaking external GI pipes with ABS pipes.
2 To install a stop valve between main pipe and meter
3 To act as our technical adviser on water leakages and plumbing matters
4 To receive complain on water leakages matters and prepare technical reports for deliberation
  ChooKong will register your input and come up with a report for us.

  Hi Bong,we should give awards to our overwork chairman Choy.....CHAIRMAN FOR LIFE and also Peter  Lee our manager
   as THE BEST WCB MANAGER. I saw Peter doing a night spot check at 9.30pm yesterday and hardworking Choy doing his nightly
    walk around WCB at 10.00pm.

Rightly pointed out, our  building manager is one of the best i have seen for the last 10 over years in WCB but not so much abt the clerk in the office. does not seems amiable and always have sour face. More can be done or learn from Cynthia ( amandesa condo ).

When we have good CM who set good expectation, the rest of good work will just follow.
